Santa Maria Country Club is a private, member-owned club located in Santa Maria, California, on the Central Coast near San Luis Obispo. The club offers a range of amenities, including golf, tennis, swimming, fitness facilities, and community activities for its members.
At the heart of the club is its 16,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style clubhouse, which features dining facilities with both covered and open patios overlooking the 18th green. Established in 1921, Santa Maria Country Club features an 18-hole championship golf course spanning 120 acres of landscaped grounds. The course is lined with Monterey pines, cypress trees, ornamental plants, waterfalls, and lakes, creating a scenic and varied playing environment. A notable feature is the 18th hole, which finishes near the clubhouse, offering views for both players and members enjoying the clubhouse facilities. The layout presents a mix of challenges suited for golfers of all skill levels.
